• Execute development trials on Machines within optimized timeline

Required qualifications

• AutoCAD Design knowledge (mandatory) Data Centre cabling development and process knowledge will be the added advantage Location Specialty Cables Business, Dadra Experience & Education Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level B.Tech Mechanical with 2-4 years of experience with exposure to R&D organization

Additional role details

• Role Title Technology Engineer - New Product Development Role Purpose Supports Technology Lead in on ground implementation of initiatives.
• Understand the New Product requirements and customer expectations and plan development trials with proper Data Sheets, Process Sheets, Raw Materials, Tooling (if needed, then design the tooling) and Machines
• � � � Work closely with the QA Team to test the product against set requirements and analyse the product physically and electrically
• � � � Get product approval from Customer including witness testing, if required
• Preparing product technical documents for customer reference
• Maintain the records of all documents during the product development phases
• Follow Stage-Gate process for product development
• Generating new ideas for product design, modification, and participate in Patent filing
