• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Siebel Order Management and telecom processes.
• Experience testing RODOD/DBE solution.
• Analyze requirements, create detailed test scenarios, and test data.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Knowledge of XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and data validation.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams for end-to-end validation.
