Assistant Manager - Customer Service Operations

Role: Firewall L2 Engineer (Palo Alto / Check Point) Location: Pune Experience: 4–7 years (2+ years in Palo Alto / Check Point mandatory) Job Summary Looking for an experienced Firewall L2 Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Palo Alto (PAN‑OS) and Check Point (R80.x) firewalls. The role involves daily operations, policy administration, VPN troubleshooting, security monitoring, and L2 escalation support for enterprise network security environments.
