Perform BIM clash detection and conduct clash/timing review sessions.

Responsible for developing and managing BIM 4D models , clash detection, installation sequencing, and coordination to support construction and site installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM 4D animations to demonstrate installation sequences and project timelines.
• Coordinate with process, facilities, construction, and site installation teams .
• Support installation scenario planning, change management, and issue resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to track and close BIM-related actions.
• Use LiDAR scan data for BIM modelling and project coordination.
• Link BIM metadata with other data platforms when required.
• Analyse complex BIM/design issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Key Skills & Tools BIM 4D Modelling & Simulation Clash Detection & Coordination LiDAR / Point Cloud Modelling Autodesk Navisworks Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD Autodesk Inventor & ReCap Construction sequencing and installation planning Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills
