Design, Develop and customize RDK-B components to meet product and customer-specific requirements.

Focuses on software development, module implementation, and feature integration.
Involves working in YOCTO and Linux environments, writing code (often in C/C++), debugging and troubleshooting issues, and integrating new features Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Primary Skillset: 4+ years of experience in Networking domain projects Proficient in Layer3 and router subsystems Strong experience in C, Linux Working experience with WiFi driver integrational and MESH technologies Interact with SoC vendor on driver issues and provide assistance in fixing issues.
Proficiency in Linux Internals, YOCTO build system Good knowledge of networking fundamentals & protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IPV4/IPV6 Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Gerrit, Jenkins, Git.
Exposure to DOCSIS, GPON, LTE/5G, and Ethernet technologies.
Exposure to Wi-Fi 802.11 protocols and its internals will be plus Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skillset: 5+ years of experience in embedded software development. 2+ years of hands-on experience with RDK-B platform[preferable] Hands on strong programming skills in C/C++ Hands on Linux system programming, Threads, IPC mechanism Experience with CCSP and HAL in RDK-B is a plus.
