• You will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Service and may lead a few.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C# .

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C#/HTML/CSS/Javascript/Python script or equivalent is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• You would involve in Developing, Testing and Building world class robots that impacts revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer/Employee satisfaction of our end customers.
• What you'll do at UiPath Code and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio using coding agents (Autopilot & Other coding agents).
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.
• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.
• Mentor budding Developers.
• What you'll bring to the team Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree. 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.
• Experience leading a Team is a Plus.
• Hands on experience in development using Coding agents and their capabilities.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.
• Hands on experience in UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, API Workflow.
• Good knowledge on using IDEs.
• Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus.
• Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus.
• UiPath Certified Professionals are Preferred.
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Experience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.
• Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus.
