Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and dashboards
• Support audits, compliance, and regulatory filings
• Analyze financial data and market trends to guide business decisions
• Coordinate with different teams for data accuracy and inputs
• Help in MIS reports, cost analysis, and project evaluations
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and confidentiality Technical Skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards)
• PowerPoint for presentations and reports
• Basic Accounting & Finance knowledge
• ERP & Accounting Software (if available)
• Financial Analysis & Business Reporting Key Skills for Finance Freshers: Detail-Oriented - Keep reports accurate Team Player - Collaborate across departments Quick Learner - Pick up tools & processes fast Trustworthy - Handle financial data responsibly Eligibility:
• MBA in Finance (2025 pass-out)
• Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th & Graduation
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
