Business Development Executive at Zeon Electric Pvt Ltd

We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive the expansion of our destination and slow EV charging solutions across India.

This role suits individuals with strong communication and field sales skills who can actively visit and engage with hotels, resorts, tourist spots, office complexes, commercial parks and similar locations.

You will promote and sell AC destination chargers, and create awareness among businesses and property owners about the benefits of offering EV charging as a service and amenity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Extensive travel to target locations to identify new business opportunities Generate and qualify leads, and initiate commercial discussions Promote and sell AC destination chargers to properties and businesses Coordinate with commercial EV OEMs, vehicle dealerships and fleet operators to promote and bundle our charging solutions Assist with presentations, follow-ups and coordinating proposals Ensure smooth handover to internal teams for installation and activation Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and report on lead status and conversions Requirements Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field 3–5 years of field sales or business development experience Strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline and the ability to travel extensively across assigned regions A background or interest in EVs, renewable energy or commercial real estate is a plus Languages Tamil, English & other Regional (Required) Travel & Location Willingness to travel — 75% (Required).
