Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the customer account in terms of SLA delivery Client Management, Project Management and People Management Project monitoring through effective quality metrics, project plan and report metrics Able to moderate customer requirements vis-à-vis product offering Able to manage a team of about 8/10 members.
• Follow up with customer delivery schedules.
• Possess strong Project Management, Client Expectation Management, and Internal resource management skills.
• Delivering business-critical projects whilst maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met.

Required skills

• Consultative skills Knowledge of Global HRMS/HCM/HRIS Understanding of Business operations Project Management Excellent Communication, High result Orientation
