Role: Sailpoint ISC Operations Lead

We are looking to onboard a SailPoint ISC Operations Lead for our IDAM team.

R͏oles & Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and manage the Identity Access (IDAM) lifecycle aligned with the Organization Goals and compliance requirements

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to align IAM capabilities and roles with organizational needs

Design and review Identity and Access Management related policies, standards, and procedures

Design and implement the controls related to IAM domain.

Develop standards, processes, and automation for user provisioning, access certifications, role management, and user access reviews

Manage the IDAM SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) SaaS solution

Service improvement in operations in terms of SLA’s, automation and incident and problem management, value add to existing technologies and organization.

Analyse performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay current with emerging trends, standards, and technologies to drive innovation.

D͏esired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

3-5 years of experience in Identity and access Management

Experience in designing, implementing, and operating IDAM solution within enterprise environment.

Good technical knowledge of IDAM products SailPoint ISC ( Identity Security Cloud) is Mandatory**.

Good knowledge of Cloud Security Azure / AWS / GCP

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Knowledge of ITIL service delivery and support practices P͏referred Qualifications

Working knowledge of security frameworks and security concepts such as defence-in-depth techniques

Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST, ISO 27001

Demonstrate commitment to high standards of ethics and values, regulatory compliance, and business integrity

Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and leadership abilities to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion

Industry standard security certifications like CISSP / CISA / CISM are a plus
