Lead CRM implementation and client success projects at CEDCOSS

At CEDCOSS, you will lead end-to-end CRM projects for a global and diverse client base, owning everything from scope definition and team coordination to client relationships and post-launch quality. This hybrid role gives you flexibility alongside direct impact on real enterprise outcomes.

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in CRM-based projects In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms - HubSpot and/or Salesforce Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Data-driven decision making and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
