Handle Accounts Payable accounting, reports, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile sales, tax, bank, campaign claim, warranty, PSMP, and service-related reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and AP ageing review.
• Download, process, and upload accounting reports/data through SAP.
• Handle AP entries, AR billings, accruals, asset master uploads, supporting documents, and transfer price uploads.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting reports and SAP data.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, formulas, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
• Candidate Profile: Strong AP/Accounting + SAP + Excel experience.
• Good understanding of reconciliation and accounting processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
