Required qualifications

• UG/PG degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
