The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience and 3+ years of team leadership experience .

The role requires technical leadership, solution design, cloud-native development, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in software development. 3+ years of experience leading development teams.

Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE .

Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture .

Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs .

Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native application development.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments .

Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

Experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ .

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, and ArgoCD .

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle .

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments.

Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & GCP (8+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership Lead and mentor development teams.
• Drive technical design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Application Development Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs.
• Develop cloud-native applications on GCP.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications using GCP services.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support CI/CD implementations and release automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure and deployment strategies.
• Project Delivery Participate in requirement analysis and solution design.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Business Teams.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical issues.
• Deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Agile Execution Participate in Sprint Planning, Story Estimation, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality and timely sprint deliveries.
• B.Tech , M.Tech
