QA Manager – AI Validation & Test Automation Looking for an experienced QA Manager proficient in AI validation, voice-based testing, and test automation.

The role involves defining QA strategy, planning and managing testing activities, and ensuring quality across AI-powered applications and voice-based workflows, including mobile-phone outreach and regression testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy, test planning, automation frameworks, and overall quality assurance processes.
• Lead AI validation, including functional accuracy, response quality, and voice interaction testing.
• Manage voice-based testing for outreach workflows, including end-to-end scenarios using mobile phones and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright .
• Identify automation opportunities, improve regression coverage, and optimize testing efficiency.
• Lead QA teams, manage test execution, track defects, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and release readiness.
