We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using middleware or APIs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production releases.
• Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL & SOSL Salesforce Flows Triggers Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in Healthcare Cloud or healthcare-related Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, or healthcare integrations is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Mule Soft or other integration platforms is a plus.
