ServiceNow Developer at Relevantz Technology Services

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM , HRSD , ITAM , and ITOM .

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID servers .
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and Automation workflows.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API , and platform best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management workflows.
• Configure HRSD to improve employee service experiences.
• Build ITOM capabilities such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
• Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years handson ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM modules.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations , and ServiceNow configurations.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Orchestration
