Handle day-to-day HR system queries and tickets, providing first-line support to HR, managers and employees. Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc reports for HR and the wider business. Support cyclical HR processes in system — performance cycles, comp review, annual leave rollovers, absence processing. Maintain user guides, process documentation and training material; support HR colleagues on system usage. Support payroll and downstream interface cycles, checking data feeds and resolving exceptions. Solid day-to-day operational experience as an HRIS end user across both Workday HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. Strong working knowledge of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle in system. High level of data accuracy, attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive data. Employee Central plus one or more of Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time. Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow or similar). Exposure to a multi-system or parallel-run HR environment.

Collected minimum qualification

Proven administrator-level experience in both Workday HCM and SAP SuccessFactors — configuration, security, workflows, not end user only.
