Senior Project Engineer at Bhive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning of all physical infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and delivering a premium experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• 1.
• Ensure construction work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards. 2.
• Oversee on-site execution work, ensuring activities follow project schedules (WBS). 3.
• Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and ensure corrective measures are implemented. 4.
• Track and manage material availability, raise requisitions, and prevent shortages or wastage. 5.
• Ensure site safety regulations and engineering guidelines are strictly followed. 6.
• Inform site-related technical issues to Senior and provide clearance as per issued details. 7.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow. 8.
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material usage records, and submit daily updates to the Project Manager. 9.
• Work done validation Collaboration and communication : Proactive monitoring and collaboration with team members and internal departments are necessary to guarantee seamless operations at the Centre.
• How the role Interact with other teams or Individuals : Ensure effective communication and coordination between different cross functional teams to align the projects function with overall business goals.
