• The Role We are looking for a Silicon Validation Manager with experience in the validation of embedded MCU/DSP systems, to build and manage a new SoC validation team.
• This team is chartered to deliver a series of differentiated mixed-signal compute products.

• If you’re passionate about shaping a better future, join us! #L1-LK1 What You’ll Need B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field At least 12 years of strong technical pre- and post-silicon validation Experience with prototyping / emulation platforms Expertise in lab testing practices, test equipment and validation board design aspects Extensive experience in setting up validation automation for programmable mixed-signal compute products Strong leadership credentials An extensive technical background in the development of semiconductor products or sub-components (IPs) Experience with mixed-signal validation and product validation requirements Experience with product life-cycle validation management Exposure to Safety and industrial product validation practices and standards Strong communication skills Ability to define strategic actions, with appropriate design trade-off analyses #L1-LK1 B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field #L1-LK1
