• Experience with CI/CD, Git, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Knowledge of gRPC and asynchronous communication
• Familiarity with Kubernetes Helm, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes operators
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as
• Pub/Sub
• Experience working with high-volume, customer-facing production systems
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based developer or automation tools is a plus.

• Job Profile:
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration tools using
• Python, Golang, and Ruby on Rails.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks, connectors, and utilities to
• simplify system-to-system communication.
• Design and implement REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and
• data exchange workflows.
• Build tools to support customer integrations, configuration, data
• transformation, and automation.
• Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis.
• Implement caching, session management, and high-performance data access
• using Redis.
• Containerize and deploy backend services using Docker and Kubernetes,
• including configuration, scaling, troubleshooting, and service management.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes-based workloads, ensuring availability,
• scalability, and reliability of backend services.
• Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, and
• observability for integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Integration teams to deliver
• reliable end-to-end backend solutions.
• Improve existing services through performance optimization, automation,
• scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction.
