• As a purchase manager, you will be responsible for handling the procurement process, sourcing suppliers and managing vendor relationships to ensure a seamless supply chain and optimise costs.

• <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
• <li>Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and supply chain efficiency</li>
• <li>Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and ethical standards</li>
• <li>Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and mutually beneficial agreements</li>
• <li>Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, issue resolution, and long-term partnership building</li>
• <li>Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuations</li>
• <li>Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and implement inventory management strategies</li>
• <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement with organizational goals</li>
• <li>Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency</li>
• <li>Analyze and present procurement reports, performance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities to management</li>
• <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practices</li>
• <li>Develop procurement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement</li>
• <li>Manage Admin, HR, IT, and Marketing spends</li>
• <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field.</li>
• <li>2+ years in procurement/purchasing in a fast-paced, competitive environment in the Indian market.</li>
• <li>In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, strategies and best practices.</li>
• <li>Strong skills in budgeting, cost optimisation and negotiation techniques.</li>
• <li>Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.</li>
• <li>An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
• <li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
• <li>Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.</li>
• <li>Knowledge of local and national laws and regulations related to procurement.</li>
• <li>Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.</li>
• <li>Knowledge of Admin , HR, IT , Marketing Spends.</li>
