To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business & Core teams in APAC.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Fulfill junior to senior level and high volume requisitions, scaling up teams across Stripe Delivery Center in India, Bangalore </li>
<li>Partner with multiple senior stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to build a strong leadership team for the Operations org </li>
<li>Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business</li>
<li>Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe</li>
<li>Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels</li>
<li>Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes</li>

Minimum requirements
<li>Strong track record in target achievements, experience managing high volume hiring in fast moving environment </li>
<li>Experience partnering with senior executives throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor </li>
<li>High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility</li>
<li>Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines</li>
<li>Strong in data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to improve recruiting strategies</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally</li>
Preferred requirements
<li>
<li>Experience with India market hiring </li>
<li>Experience with reporting work, proficient in data tools such as Visier, Greenhouse Reports, GoodTime, Gem etc </li>
<li>Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies, AI and optimize workflows for scale</li>
</li>

Preferred qualifications and skills

<li>8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)</li>
