• <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our team "Coaching our Sales and Support engineers to bridge cultural gaps and deliver a seamless 'North American' or 'British' customer experience.".
• Candidates must be available for afternoon shifts (2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12 midnight) and occasional night shifts to support our global operations.</p>
• <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
• <ul>
• <li>Conduct voice coaching sessions for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences.</li>
• <li>Facilitate instructor-led training programs.</li>
• <li>Design, plan, and implement effective training curriculums.</li>
• <li>Organize and execute training workshops and classes.</li>
• <li>Provide constructive criticism and coaching to participants.</li>
• <li>Assess individual performance and develop improvement plans.</li>
• <li>Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs.</li>
• </ul>
• <li><strong>4–7 years of experience</strong> in voice coaching, specifically for employees servicing <strong>US and/or UK audiences</strong>.</li>
• <li><strong>Deep expertise in training on American Accent and accent neutralization</strong> to ensure clear, effective communication with international clients.</li>
• <li><strong>Proven experience in facilitating</strong> high-impact, instructor-led training (ILT) programs.</li>
• <li><strong>Demonstrated ability to design</strong> and implement comprehensive training curriculums tailored to voice and accent requirements.</li>
• <li><strong>Skilled in providing constructive feedback</strong> and personalized coaching to improve participant performance.</li>
• <li><strong>Proficiency in assessing individual performance</strong>, identifying phonetic gaps, and creating targeted improvement plans.</li>
• <li><strong>Strong organizational skills</strong> with a track record of planning and executing large-scale training workshops.</li>
• <li><strong>Experience in building and maintaining</strong> strong internal stakeholder relationships to align training with business goals.</li>
• <li><strong>Excellent communication</strong>, presentation, and public speaking skills.</li>
