• <p>We are looking for a UI/UX Design Lead with experience leading and managing a team of designers and a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs.
• They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.</p>
• <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

• <li>Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.</li>
• <li>Conducting user research and usability testing.</li>
• <li>Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.</li>

• <li>Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.</li>
• <li>Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.</li>

• <li>Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.</li>
• <li>Over 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.</li>
• <li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.</li>
• <li>Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.</li>
• <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
• <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
