This role will focus on advancing long-term renewable electricity goals, supporting onsite solar deployment, aligning new construction projects with our sustainability and net zero goals, and driving sustainability integration across facilities operations.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt; margin: 0px"><b>What you’ll do</b></h2> </div><div><p><strong>APAC Renewable Energy Strategy Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Support development and implementation of a regional renewable energy strategy, including onsite solar, power purchase agreements, and other procurement mechanisms, tailored to local market conditions.</li><li>Conduct site-level feasibility assessments for renewable energy projects (e.g., rooftop solar, ground-mounted PV, storage integration).</li><li>Analyze energy demand, load profiles, and regulatory constraints to identify optimal deployment pathways.</li><li>Review technical specifications, system design (e.g., PV sizing, interconnection), and performance expectations.</li><li>Monitor operational performance and identify optimization opportunities post-installation.</li><li>Track progress toward renewable electricity and Scope 2 goals across APAC sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Sustainable Construction &amp; New Build Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with design, construction, and facilities teams to embed sustainability requirements into new buildings and major retrofits across our APAC sites.</li><li>Ensure alignment with internal sustainable construction guidelines (e.g., energy efficiency, electrification, renewable readiness).</li><li>Support implementation of green building certifications (e.g., LEED, local standards such as Green Mark where applicable).</li><li>Advise on low-carbon materials, electrification strategies, and energy-efficient system design.</li></ul><p><strong>Facilities Sustainability Programs &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with site facilities teams to identify and implement energy efficiency and sustainability improvements across existing operations.</li><li>Lead or support energy audits, performance assessments, and environmental impact evaluations.</li><li>Develop and track KPIs related to energy, carbon, water, and waste performance.</li><li>Support adoption of best practices in sustainable operations across diverse APAC facilities.</li><li>Build business cases (ROI, carbon abatement, cost savings) for facility-level sustainability projects.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and ESG teams to prioritize and track investment performance.</li><li>Identify high-impact, scalable projects for funding across APAC sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; margin: 0px"><b>Who we’re looking for</b></h2> </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Facilities Engineering (or related field).</li><li>~8-12 years of experience in facilities engineering, renewable energy, or sustainability engineering roles.</li><li>Experience supporting energy projects such as solar PV, energy efficiency, or building systems optimization.</li><li>Working knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, utilities) and energy management practices.</li><li>Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to travel up to ~25% per month</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;"><h2 style="font-size: 1em;
