As a Principal Process Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.<ul><li>Flow Assurance (OLGA)</li><li>Lead and execute process engineering deliverables for offshore projects (concept, FEED, detailed engineering).</li><li>Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process calculations.</li><li>Perform and supervise process simulations, heat & material balance calculations, and optimization studies.</li><li>Prepare and review process design basis, philosophies, and specifications.</li><li>Conduct or support HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other process safety studies.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical).</li><li>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and review their deliverables.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client specifications, international codes/standards (API, ASME, ISO), and company procedures.</li><li>Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and design reviews.</li><li>Support proposal engineering and estimation be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 18+ years of experience in process engineering, with strong exposure to offshore oil & gas projects.</li><li>Proven experience in FEED and detailed engineering phases.</li><li>Strong knowledge of process design, equipment sizing, and offshore systems.</li><li>Experience in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim).</li><li>Good understanding of process safety and risk assessment methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Skills</h2><ul><li>Prior experience working on international offshore projects.</li><li>Exposure to brownfield modifications and debottlenecking studies.</li><li>Familiarity with digital engineering tools and workflows.</li><li>Ability to mentor teams and drive
