  • To provide technical, development, and application support primarily for the ERM application while supporting other enterprise applications, including CRM, MMS and SPM.
  • The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of applications through effective troubleshooting, development, database management, API/integration support, automation, and technical coordination across application and infrastructure teams.
  • Purpose : Provide technical support primarily for the ERM application, including integration and database-related activities.
  • The Role
  • As a Senior Applications Technical Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
  • Support E3D/S3D integrations and related ERM interfaces.
  • Perform required Oracle PL/SQL changes, including:
  • Packages
  • Views
  • Other database objects as required
  • Support API-based imports and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts.
  • Test and troubleshoot APIs using Postman.
  • Perform API re-posting/reprocessing using Postman when required.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Oracle views used by integrations and reporting.
  • Investigate integration failures and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
  • WebLogic application server support.
  • NET application support.
  • IIS configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordination with infrastructure and application teams when required.
