We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology ecosystem, modern web technologies, and AI-powered application development.
• The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop modular, reusable, and scalable components,
• libraries, and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack
• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs using .NET ,
• ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Drive
• application performance, reliability, and scalability improvements through
• architecture reviews and optimization initiatives
• Champion automated
• testing, quality engineering, and CI/CD best practices across the software development lifecycle
• Mentor
• and coach engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, architectural
• discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• adoption of modern software engineering practices, including cloud-native
• architectures, microservices, and DevOps methodologies

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core
• Extensive experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js and/or Vue.js
• Solid understanding of CSS, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and modern web
• application patterns
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and distributed
• applications
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SOLID principles, design
• patterns, and clean coding practices
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit), Moq, automated testing, and
• CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with microservices, monolithic, and serverless architectures ,
• including API security and scalability considerations
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Docker, and DevOps practices
• leading technical discussions, conducting architecture and code reviews, and
• mentoring engineering teams
• Experience with Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in building and integrating AI Agents and agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and
• responsible AI practices
• Ability to design and build secure, scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications
• driving adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices and coaching
• teams on effective AI usage
