If you have expertise in 802.11, UWB MAC/UCI, Embedded C, and wireless technologies, join us in building innovative connectivity solutions.</div> Your role Key responsibilities in your new role <ul style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: Arial;"><li style="box-sizing: border-box;"><div style='font-family: "Segoe UI"; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 14px;'>Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, modular, and high-performance UWB MAC/UCI firmware solutions.</div></li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Design and develop firmware aligned with IEEE 802.15.4 UWB PHY/MAC standards.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Port, integrate, and optimize MAC and firmware components on RTOS-based platforms.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop robust UWB software modules (UCI, MAC, NBA) with a focus on simplicity, reliability, scalability, maintainability, and reusability.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Implement and enhance FiRa, CCC, and Aliro-compliant UCI, MAC, and Math Library layers using C and MATLAB.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Drive the development of unit test frameworks, integration test environments, and MAC application examples to ensure software quality.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Integrate software validation into CI/CD pipelines and support automated build, test, and deployment processes.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Develop and maintain automated regression, qualification, and verification test suites to ensure product reliability and compliance.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end firmware solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Contribute to continuous improvement of software architecture, development processes, and testing methodologies.</li></ul> Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed <ul style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "Segoe UI"; line-height: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px;'><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Embedded Software/Firmware development.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards and software stacks related to Ultra-Wideband (UWB MAC/UCI) or other wireless technologies such as BLE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LoRa.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Proficient in C/Embedded C programming with strong hands-on development experience; knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts is preferred.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Solid experience in system architecture, design methodologies, and development workflows.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership capabilities.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Exposure to Automotive industry standards and processes such as ASPICE, ISO 21434, and ISO 26262 is an added advantage.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.</li><li style="box-sizing: border-box;">Self-driven, adaptable, and highly motivated individual with a strong team-oriented mindset.</li></ul> #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
