Management Trainee

<p>Job Opportunities: We are looking for highly motivated Management Trainees to join our Data Science & Analytics team. The role offers an opportunity to work on real-world business challenges, derive actionable insights from large datasets, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across insurance business functions. The trainee will undergo structured learning and gain exposure to analytics, machine learning, business intelligence, reporting, and stakeholder management. You will work with the below team:</p><p><b>Data Science and Analytics Team: Your responsibilities will include the following:</b></p><p>

• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.</p><p>
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making. </p><p>
• Assist in building predictive and statistical models for various business use cases. </p><p>
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities. </p><p>
• Support automation initiatives through analytics and data-driven solutions. </p><p>
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.</p><p>
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. </p><p>
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science.</p><p><b> Preferred Skills</b>: </p><p>
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools. </p><p>
• Understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts. </p><p>
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools. </p><p>
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities. </p><p>
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment</p><p> Job Location: Bangalore </p><p> Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Specialization in Analytics/BA/Digital Transformation) </p><p> Note: Clearing III Licentiate and all internal assessments will be a mandatory requirement for trainee confirmation and increment processing. </p>
