SAP Delivery Lead

<div><b><u>Job Summary:</u></b></div><div>We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager with 15–20 years of overall experience to lead and manage end-to-end delivery for our SAP practice. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong functional expertise, strategic oversight, and the ability to independently drive large-scale delivery operations.</div><div><br /></div><div><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></div><ul><li>Own and manage the complete delivery lifecycle for the SAP practice serving as the single point of accountability for all client engagements. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for client communications ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management at all levels. </li><li>Lead delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, including SAP implementations, support engagements, and BAU operations. </li><li>Provide functional expertise in SAP modules with a strong preference for experience in Sales and Finance domains. </li><li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of overall SAP system architecture and its integration across business functions. </li><li>Independently design and deliver training programs, workshops and knowledge sessions for clients and internal teams. </li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams managing a delivery organization of approximately 60–70 team members. </li><li>Drive operational excellence through effective planning, execution and governance of projects. </li><li>Oversee financial aspects including P&L management, project estimation, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition. </li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines and client expectations across all deliverables. </li></ul><div><br /></div><div><b><u>Required Skills & Experience:</u></b></div><ul><li>15–20 years of experience in SAP delivery with a proven track record in leadership roles. </li><li>Strong expertise in SAP functional modules particularly Sales and Finance. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale delivery teams and complex project portfolios. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. </li><li>Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks. </li><li>Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership and revenue management. </li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Preferred Background:</li><li>Candidates with prior experience in large IT services organizations or Big 4 consulting firms will be highly preferred. </li><li>This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven leader who can combine technical expertise, business acumen and strong leadership to drive SAP delivery excellence.</li></ul>
