• </span><span style="font-family: Roboto, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;">Program Leadership: Define and execute the overall migration strategy, roadmap, and timelines for transitioning workloads from data centres to cloud.</span></p><p class="Position description">
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with ofi program manager/Project manager, infrastructure teams, COE heads/leads , and AWS to ensure alignment.</p><p class="Position description">
• Planning &amp; Governance: Establish governance frameworks, risk management plans, and reporting mechanisms for program progress.

Should be able manage team conflicts and bring leadership team for decision to avoid delays slip target dates.</p><p class="Position description">

• Technical Oversight: Work closely with architects and engineers to validate migration approaches, tools, and methodologies.

Should have good understanding on IT Infrastructure/Cloud technologies and ofi environments.</p><p class="Position description">

• Budget &amp; Resource Management: Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.</p><p class="Position description">
• Compliance &amp; Security: Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements during migration.</p><p class="Position description">
