Sr Engineer - Desktop Support

• IT Infra Helpdesk Management.</p><p class="Position description">
• Develop and implement technical procedures effective in quickly addressing customers’ problems to minimize downtime</p><p class="Position description">
• Oversee MS IT Infra support team functions</p><p class="Position description">
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment.</p><p class="Position description">
• Ensure there are no freeware/unlicensed software are installed on Endpoints.</p><p class="Position description">
• Ensure the daily checklist are performed and updated (VC connectivity/Wireless/LAN connectivity, etc., are working fine)&nbsp;</p><p class="Position description">
• IT shift Engineer shift management.</p><p class="Position description">
• Act as an escalation point of contact for the desktop support in Mindsprint.</p><p class="Position description">
• Ensure all the incidents and Service requests are recorded in Ticketing Tool.

Review daily pending tickets and closely follow-up and bring it to closure</p><p class="Position description">

• Print server and local file server management.</p><p class="Position description">
