Sr. Manager - Projects

<h2><span style="font-size:12px;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Project Execution</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Lead and manage all finishing activities including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, joinery, façade, glazing, false ceiling, and external development works.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensure execution of finishing works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, Design, and Planning teams for seamless project execution.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Quality Management</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Implement quality assurance measures for all finishing trades.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Conduct regular inspections and snagging reviews to ensure defect-free delivery.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and statutory requirements.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Contractor & Vendor Management</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors involved in finishing activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Review work progress, productivity, and resource deployment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Certify contractor bills and monitor material consumption.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Client & Consultant Coordination</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals, inspections, and issue resolution.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensure timely closure of technical queries and site-related concerns.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Handover & Closeout</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Lead snag rectification and handover activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensure timely completion of punch-list items and customer satisfaction.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Support maintenance and defect liability period requirements.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Cost & Resource Control</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Monitor finishing budgets and optimize resource utilization.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Track productivity and minimize rework.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:12px;">Safety & Compliance</span></h3><p></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensure adherence to EHS standards and company safety policies.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;">Maintain statutory and project documentation.</span></li></ul>
