Senior Manager

<p>- Manage day-to-day Finance Operations for the co-lending portfolio.</p><p>- Own partner reconciliation and settlement processes, including disbursements, collections, interest, fees, and other receivables/payables.</p><p>- Monitoring accurate and timely accounting of loan transactions, collections, settlements, and partner balances.</p><p>- Prepare and review portfolio-level MIS, reconciliation reports, and management dashboards.</p><p>- Coordinate with Partners, Operations, Technology, Risk, Credit, and Collections teams to resolve financial discrepancies.</p><p>- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding settlements, and cash flows related to co-lending operations.</p><p>- Ensure timely month-end closure and accurate financial reporting for the co-lending business.</p><p>- Support RBI/regulatory reporting, audits, and statutory compliance as required.</p><p>- Establish strong financial controls and improve reconciliation and settlement processes.</p><p>Identify process gaps and drive automation and operational efficiencies.</p><p>- Support management with portfolio profitability, partner-level performance, and other financial analysis.</p>
