(Good to have: Wiring Harness commodity experience) Strong understanding of commodity cost drivers and manufacturing processes (moulding, assembly, etc.) to deliver cost targets.

- Proven track record of automating manual tasks, reports, or database tracking to improve team operational efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of using CAD tools (e.g., for viewing, measuring, and analysing 3D models/drawings) and familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems Strong understanding of automotive product development milestones (Program start to Job 1) and change management processes.
