Identify and explore opportunities for new channel tie-ups.

1. New Channel Development:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners to expand the organization's reach. confusion

2. Existing Channel Management:
Work closely with existing channels to maximize business output and foster long-term partnerships.

3. Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for counsellors and channel staff to educate them on product developments and updates.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that channels are well-equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
Create compelling presentations to showcase products and services to educational institutes and other potential partners.
Organize events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and attract new business through channels.
5. Lead Generation:
Conduct regular visits to channels to monitor activities and ensure the generation of sufficient leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
