Responsibilities

• You will independently own operational execution for assigned programs, ensuring learner lifecycle accuracy, system integrity, and on-time delivery against SLAs.
• Maintain LMS integrity (classes, audiences, rosters) and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Delivery and stakeholders to ensure readiness. ~3–5 years relevant experience in learning operations or service operations.
• You will partner with Delivery teams, program owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, accurate data, and timely execution across the learning lifecycle.
• For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
