  • The goal isn't to write more code.
  • The goal is to solve the right business problem and get a reliable solution into users' hands quickly.

  • What You'll Do Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, workflows, and problems.
  • Translate business problems into simple, scalable product and technical solutions.
  • Understand Vedantu's existing products, codebase, APIs, databases, and systems before deciding whether to reuse, extend, or build.

  • Own features end-to-end — requirement → design → development → testing → deployment → monitoring → iteration .
  • Work with existing APIs, services, databases, and internal platforms.

  • Instrument what you build and use production data and feedback to improve it.
  • Balance speed with engineering quality, security, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Challenge unnecessary complexity and continuously look for ways to reduce the steps between an idea and production.
