The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SSIS, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, and AI/ML or Generative AI technologies, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance in SSIS and Snowflake-based data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Data Governance.

Required qualifications

• Required Technical Skills Data & Analytics Expert-level experience with SSIS and Snowflake Data Cloud .
• Minimum 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SSIS, Snowflake and enterprise analytics platforms.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• AI / Machine Learning / GenAI Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Generative AI applications Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Prompt Engineering AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Machine Learning model development and deployment Predictive Analytics and Forecasting MLOps practices and AI governance Additional Technologies (Preferred) SAP HANA REST APIs Data Governance & Security Frameworks We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI solutions for a global high-tech manufacturing client.
• Prior experience working with Cisco or similar technology companies is highly preferred.
• Understanding of: Revenue management Sales planning Forecasting Deal management Customer lifecycle analytics Pipeline management Preferred Experience working with Cisco.

• Strong SQL, python and performance optimization skills.

• Expertise in executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytical storytelling.
• Experience building enterprise semantic models and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry, particularly in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Customer Intelligence, or Commercial Operations, is essential.
• Technical Leadership Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Drive best practices for data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI platforms.
• Oversee development of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms.
• Review solution designs, code quality, data models, and AI implementations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and GenAI to improve business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management Act as the primary technical interface for client stakeholders and senior executives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations, project updates, business value realization, and technology roadmaps to leadership teams.
• Business & Domain Leadership Must Have Strong domain expertise in Sales Operations and Sales Analytics .
• Experience supporting commercial organizations in the High-Tech Manufacturing industry .
• Experience supporting global sales or marketing organizations within large technology enterprises.
• Familiarity with Cisco sales processes, operational data models, and commercial reporting ecosystems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale data and AI transformation programs.
