Job Title: Product Designer

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Designer to drive the end-to-end design process for digital products.

The ideal candidate will combine UX, UI, research, and product-thinking skills to create user-centered experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Define user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are followed.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

• Strong experience in: Product Design UX Design UI Design Interaction Design User Research Design Thinking Hands-on experience with: Figma Adobe XD Sketch Miro InVision Expertise in: Wireframing Prototyping Usability Testing Information Architecture Responsive Design Design Systems Strong understanding of: Human-Centered Design Customer Journey Mapping Accessibility Standards (WCAG) Product Development Lifecycle Experience using data and customer insights to influence design decisions.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Basic understanding of: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript React Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of product analytics tools such as: Google Analytics Mixpanel Hotjar Amplitude Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, retail, or e-commerce applications. 2.
• Product Designer , exp on Design System work.
• Expertise on Service Design, UX Design and Strategy skills person should be self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives.
• They should be able to perform tactical design work as well possessing strong product design skills spanning UX, service design, UI, IA, etc Candidate should be able to front face discussions with customer and stakeholders.
