font-size: 14pt;">The Senior Analyst – FP&amp;A will work collaboratively with Eaton Center Corporate team at Cleveland, Ohio.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">The Senior Analyst will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities and strategic decision-making.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Additionally, this position contributes to financial governance, enhances reporting capabilities, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and process optimization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">This position would be an Individual Contributor.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities for Corporate function, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial results. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Partner with Business leaders and finance stakeholders to provide actionable insights on cost drivers, variances, and financial performance. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Develop and maintain standardized financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and improve visibility. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) and work on key risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions to leadership. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ensure alignment of financial data across systems by reconciling reporting tools with general ledger and forecasting platforms. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Support and enhance financial models, planning tools, and reporting frameworks (e.g., EPBCS, Excel-based models). </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and improve reporting efficiency. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Collaborate with global Finance teams to ensure consistency, standardization, and adherence to financial governance and controls. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including business cases, cost optimization, and investment evaluations. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality stakeholder service. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Promote a digital mindset by leveraging automation, data tools, and best practices to improve financial planning and reporting processes.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Proficiency with MS-Office – particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools – ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc..</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Adaptable to varying cultures.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to summarize findings and present solutions.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of the organization.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
