Additional role details

• The Role:
• The Financial Analysis Manager will act as a strategic and analytical partner to the Idesignated Team.
• Your Contribution:
• Financial Leadership:
• Managing quarter-end close processes.
• Coordinating with controllership to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Collaborating closely with the Cluster business team on day-to-day activities.
• Interacting with Regional category teams, finance peers, and the supply chain team
• Partner with cluster sales heads to make sound financial decisions.
• Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) by managing budgets and ensuring predictability while achieving business results
• Organization Support:
• Aid in the preparation of the annual operating plan and conduct quarterly business planning reviews.
• Performance Tracking:
• Monitor key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory, and Operating Expenses.
• Set up quotas and oversee quarterly commissions processes.
• Your Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for manipulating and interpreting data.
• Proven ability to drive change and influence business results.
• Self-motivation and independence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion is a plus.
