• The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, qualifying leads, scheduling counselling appointments, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the admissions process through effective follow-ups.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
• Explain educational programmes and generate interest among prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Academic Counsellors.
• Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
