Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings to present our products/services.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure continued satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve our offerings and strategies.
• Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
