• The role balances business partnership, technology strategy, operational excellence, vendor management, financial governance, and team leadership while driving transformation and innovation through AI and emerging technologies.
• Key Areas of Accountability 1.
• Create and manage application roadmaps, modernization plans, and technology evolution initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and rationalization. 2.
• Business Relationship Management Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Gather enhancement requests and performance feedback.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives. 3.
• Deliver agreed service levels, operational KPIs, and performance targets.
• AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced technologies.
• Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Vendor & Contract Management Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
• Oversee licensing, support contracts, and service delivery commitments.
• Participate in contract negotiations and commercial discussions. 6.
• Financial & Budget Management Plan and manage application budgets and operational costs.
• Team Leadership Lead internal teams and external partners.
