We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our CRM Loyalty Application and Website .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, regression, and automation testing, with a strong focus on customer-facing applications. 🛠

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution : Design, develop, and execute test cases for CRM loyalty app and website.
• Functional & Regression Testing : Validate new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
• Automation : Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Bug Tracking : Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Performance & Security Testing : Ensure application scalability, responsiveness, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality releases.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements. 📚 Desired

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, loyalty programs, and web/mobile testing .
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and Postman for backend validation.
