Responsibilities

  • Drive Programs and Unblock the Team.
  • Drive the team to on-time delivery, flagging risks early and pushing for resolution before they become problems.
  • Support Creative Quality and Output.
  • Maintain a positive, resourceful presence that helps the team navigate competing priorities and shifting deadlines.

Employment details

  • Location: Bangalore [Karnātaka] [India], Noida [Uttar Pradesh] [India]

Additional role details

  • As Content Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of that engine, working side by side with Creative Designers to keep projects on track, customers unblocked, and nothing falling through the cracks.
  • You’re deeply comfortable with data (like wrangling CSVs, building Excel trackers, turning raw inputs into structured outputs), and you bring the kind of can-do energy that keeps teams moving even when timelines are tight.
  • Quickly assess what’s needed from a customer brief or request — even when information is incomplete or unorganized — and get the team moving.
  • Organize complex inputs from customers into clear, structured briefs and action plans that creative partners can complete immediately.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers so Creative Designers can stay focused on the work, not the logistics.
  • Coordinate handoffs between Creative Designers, copywriters, and engagement managers to keep production on schedule.
  • Own Data, Workflow, and Tooling.
  • Work extensively in Excel and with CSV data to manage asset tracking, reporting, and production operations at scale.
  • Build, refine, and document production workflows and processes that increase team efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Leverage project management platforms and AI-assisted workflows to streamline operations and keep interested parties informed.
  • Find opportunities to automate repetitive production tasks and contribute to a growing library of team guidelines.
  • Partner closely with Creative Designers to organize and prepare assets, manage file structures, and ensure outputs are formatted correctly for each channel and format.
  • Bring a creative eye to production — catching inconsistencies, flagging quality issues, and helping maintain brand standards across deliverables.
  • Manage variant tracking and asset organization at scale across formats, channels, and campaign phases.
  • Be the Team’s Connective Tissue.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination, keeping interested parties informed and aligned.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture where people feel supported and set up to do their best work. 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, creative production, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand deliverables needed, organize ambiguous or incomplete information, and drive a team to execution.
  • Strong data fluency: you’re deeply comfortable working in Excel and with CSV files, building and maintaining complex spreadsheets, and using data to drive clarity and decisions.
  • Proven ability to define, document, and improve processes: you don’t just follow workflows, you build them.
  • A track record of unblocking teams and ensuring timely delivery in fast paced, time-sensitive environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A creative eye and genuine appreciation for design quality, even if you’re not the one pushing pixels.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and an openness to integrating them into daily work.
  • Strong communication skills: you keep people informed without over-communicating, and you know when to flag something versus just handle it.
  • A can-do attitude and the kind of steady, positive energy that makes teams want to work with you.
  • Experience in digital marketing, advertising production, or campaign operations is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and timelines are rarely forgiving.
