Responsibilities

• You will collaborate closely with Global Payment Tech, and other Amazon surfaces to design and deliver payment primitives for agentic commerce like wallet integration, tokenisation and agentic deals.
• You will set the technical vision for your team, influence the broader technology roadmap, and drive continuous architectural and performance improvements.Amazon External Payments is one of Amazon’s fastest-growing businesses.

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
